Overview — DIN Aluminium Connecting Tube
The DIN GL Series is a range of aluminium connecting tube sleeves designed for
inline splicing of aluminium conductors. Manufactured to DIN dimensions, the tubes provide stable mechanical
strength and low contact resistance after compression, making them suitable for switchgear and power-distribution
wiring.
Each model lists the outside diameter D, inner bore d, and overall length
L to help you select the correct crimp die and cable size.

Installation Notes
- Clean and brush aluminium strands; use oxide-inhibiting compound if required.
- Insert conductor fully and crimp with DIN-matched dies along the tube length.
- Wipe excess compound and insulate according to site standards.
