SC Series Copper Cable Lugs (SC/JGK) — Tinned Copper Tube Terminals
Copper lugs for battery cables with an inspection peephole to verify full insertion before crimping.
Tinned copper lugs deliver low contact resistance and superior corrosion protection.
Wide coverage of copper cable lug sizes (stud holes Φ4.2–Φ22.5 mm; D/d/L/B fully specified).
Compatible with hex / indent / compression dies for repeatable industrial terminations
Overview
The SC (JGK) Series are tinned copper lugs engineered for
battery-cable and industrial power-cable terminations. Each lug uses a copper tube barrel
with an inspection peephole to confirm conductor insertion before crimping, helping you achieve
low resistance and reliable pull-out strength. If you’re comparing copper battery cable lugs
across vendors, this series provides clear, verifiable dimensions for every copper cable lug size.
Material: Tinned Copper |
Conductor: Copper (Cu) |

Crimp Profiles: Hex / Indent / Compression
Applications
- Automotive and industrial battery cable termination
- Power distribution cabinets, switchgear and electrical panels
- General Cu-conductor terminations requiring tinned copper lugs
Size & Dimensions (D / d / L / B)

Installation Notes
- Strip conductor to the specified length; ensure full insertion (visible in the peephole) before crimping.
- Use matched dies (hex/indent/compression) to achieve rated pull-out; verify after crimp.
- Tighten the stud to spec; apply compound where corrosion protection is required.
