Copper Connecting Tubes — GTY Series
Copper connecting tubes for splicing round power cables with stable, low-resistance compression joints.
Manufactured from high-conductivity copper and tin-plated for corrosion protection.
Smooth barrel for reliable crimping with hex/indent dies; supports GTY-1 / GTY-2 variants.
Full size range GTY-1.5 to GTY-630 with complete D / d / L dimensions.
Overview — Copper Connecting Tubes
The GTY Series are copper connecting tubes (splices) designed for
reliable cable-to-cable joints in distribution equipment and control cabinets. Each sleeve is made from
high-purity copper and tin plated to ensure low contact resistance and long-term corrosion
protection. Compatible with standard compression tooling (hex / indent), the GTY range supports
typical round copper conductors. Variants GTY-1 and GTY-2 are available to
suit different wiring preferences while keeping consistent electrical performance.

Installation Notes
- Strip cable ends; insert fully into the connecting tube before crimping.
- Use matched hex or indent dies to achieve rated pull-out strength and low resistance.
- Apply insulating sleeve/heat-shrink as required after compression.
