Overview — DL Aluminium Cable Lugs
The DL Series aluminium cable lugs are manufactured for connecting aluminium conductors in
electrical distribution systems. The barrel and palm are pressed from pure aluminium to DIN specifications,
providing excellent conductivity and mechanical strength.
With a clean surface and high corrosion resistance, DL lugs deliver reliable crimp performance and extended
service life even in outdoor and industrial environments.

Installation Notes
- Ensure aluminium conductor strands are cleaned and greased with anti-oxidation compound before crimping.
- Use matching dies according to the size chart for secure compression.
- After crimping, seal the connection with insulation tubing or heat-shrink for durability.
