Tinned Copper Cable Lugs — AUS Series (Thickened Type)
AUS tinned copper cable lugs with thickened palm/barrel for heavy-duty connections.
Tin plating delivers low contact resistance and strong corrosion protection.
Multiple stud-hole options (Φ5.2–Φ20.5) across 6–630 mm² sizes.
Ideal for switchgear, battery/UPS cabinets and power distribution panels.
Overview — Tinned Copper Cable Lugs (Thickened AUS)
The AUS Series are heavy-duty tinned copper cable lugs with a thickened design for
robust mechanical strength and low electrical resistance. Made from high-conductivity copper and fully tin plated,
AUS lugs provide durable connections for power distribution, control panels and battery systems.
Each size offers one or more stud hole (Φ) options for easy mounting on busbars and terminals.
