Overview — GL-1 Aluminium Connecting Tube (Through Type)
The GL-1 aluminium connecting tube is a straight, through-type compression sleeve used to make
inline splices on aluminium conductors. Manufactured from high-conductivity L3 aluminium with a smooth internal
bore, it delivers consistent crimp quality and low contact resistance for reliable long-term service
in power-distribution panels and control cabinets.

Installation Notes
- Use with aluminium conductors; apply oxide-inhibiting compound before insertion.
- Insert cable fully and crimp with matched dies along the tube length.
- Seal the joint with heat-shrink or insulation tape as required by site standards.
