Overview — Copper Connecting Terminals
The JG Series are copper connecting terminals designed for high-reliability
terminations in distribution and control systems. Made from T2 copper and tin-plated for
enhanced corrosion resistance, these lugs ensure long-term electrical stability and efficient current flow.
Each type offers multiple stud hole (Φ) options to accommodate different bolt sizes and
mounting configurations. The JG terminals are widely used in switchboards, control panels, and power-supply systems
requiring secure compression terminations.

Installation Notes
- Insert stripped cable into the lug barrel fully before crimping.
- Use matched dies and crimping tools for each JG terminal size.
- After crimping, ensure clean contact surface before tightening the stud connection.
