Installation
- Choose the cap size by the terminal spec (mm) and confirm fit with D1/D2/D3.
- Push the cap over the lug/terminal until seated; ensure full coverage.
- Verify retention and clearance per your application.
FAQ
Are these vinyl wire end caps adhesive lined?
No. These are PVC caps; they are not adhesive-lined or heat-shrink.
How do I select between close sizes (e.g., V-250 vs V-325)?
Use the “For Terminal Spec.” column first, then match D1/D2/D3 and length L to your terminal geometry.
Can they be reused?
Re-use depends on application wear and deformation. For critical applications, use new caps.
