Overview
The WBG Series is a durable, field-ready waterproof junction box designed to keep
connections clean, dry and serviceable. A tough ABS base provides structural rigidity while the polycarbonate lid
offers either clear visibility for fast inspection or opaque shielding when you want to block light. A continuous
elastomer gasket and over-center stainless latches compress the seal evenly, delivering reliable IP65
protection against dust and water jets in sheltered outdoor areas and industrial wash-down zones.
Inside, molded bosses accept an optional backplate or a 35 mm DIN rail so
terminal blocks, power supplies, breakers or I/O can be mounted neatly. Pre-marked knockouts on the side walls make
entry planning straightforward—fit the correct cable glands and blank any unused holes to maintain the IP rating.
The flat mounting back and rounded edges simplify wall or machine-skid installation and keep the cabinet looking
professional after service.

Installation Guidance

- Label circuits and record gland sizes/torques in the job sheet for maintenance.
