Copper Tube Lugs (Extended) — SC(JGA) Series
Extended copper tube lugs provide extra barrel length for flexible routing and stronger crimp retention.
Tin-plated high-purity copper for low resistance and reliable corrosion protection.
Complete size range SC1.5–SC630 with precise D / d / L dimensions for die matching.
Ideal for switchgear, control panels, battery systems, and general power-cable terminations.
Overview — Copper Tube Lugs (Extended)
The SC(JGA) Series are extended copper tube lugs designed for dependable
power-cable terminations where a longer barrel is preferred for complex wiring paths and enhanced crimp stability.
Each lug is manufactured from high-conductivity copper and tin plated to ensure low contact
resistance and durable corrosion protection across a wide operating temperature range.

Installation Notes
- Strip conductor to length; ensure full insertion before crimping (visible through the peephole if present).
- Crimp with the matched hex/indent/compression die to achieve rated pull-out strength.
- Tighten the stud to the recommended torque; apply joint compound where required.
