Overview — BLMT Aluminium Mechanical Cable Lugs (Bolt-Type)
BLMT Series are aluminium mechanical lugs that use calibrated
shear-head bolts to reach the correct clamping force without hydraulic crimping.
The palm with mounting hole makes direct termination to copper/alu busbars easy. Each model spans multiple
conductor sizes, simplifying stock and speeding up field work.

Installation Notes
- Strip and clean conductor; for aluminium, apply oxide-inhibiting compound.
- Insert to the gasket depth (L2), then tighten the shear-head bolts evenly until the heads snap.
- Fix the palm by the mounting hole LB using the specified hardware and torque.
- Seal (heat-shrink/tape) as required by the installation environment.
