FAQs
What is HSNE-F used for?
HSNE-F is a heat shrink tube for auto, tailored for EV busbar and automotive wire harness insulation. It offers abrasion protection, electrical insulation, and neat color-coded identification for vehicle wiring.
How to size HSNE-F for EV busbars?
Choose an expanded ID about 20–30% larger than the widest busbar/wire OD. After shrinking, ensure the recovered ID is smaller than the object OD for a tight automotive-grade fit.
Is HSNE-F flame-retardant and heat resistant?
Yes, HSNE-F is designed for automotive environments with flame-retardant insulation and stable performance under engine-bay temperatures. For waterproof joints, consider
HS4X-B.
HS4X-B.
