Overview – Marine Heat Shrink Tube (Double-Wall, Adhesive-Lined)
The HS-GF Series is a military-standard marine heat shrink tube featuring a double-wall
construction—radiation cross-linked polyolefin outer layer with a hot-melt adhesive liner. Available in both
3:1 and 4:1 shrink ratios, it delivers excellent insulation, sealing and corrosion
protection in humid, salt-spray and other harsh marine environments.

After full recovery, HS-GF provides tight environmental protection for marine wiring. For joints that require adhesive-lined waterproof sealing, also consider

How to size HS-GF correctly?
Choose an expanded ID 20–30% larger than the largest object OD. For 3:1/4:1 ratios, ensure the recovered ID is smaller than the object OD for a firm marine-grade grip.
