Overview – Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink Tube
The HS4X-B series is an automotive-grade adhesive lined heat shrink tube with a semi-rigid,
radiation cross-linked polyolefin outer layer and a hot-melt adhesive liner. During heating, the adhesive
flows to fill gaps and bond to cable jackets, forming a uniform, waterproof and airtight seal ideal for
wire harnesses, cable branches and repairs.

How to size HS4X-B correctly?
Choose an expanded ID about 20–30% larger than the largest object OD. Ensure the recovered ID is smaller than the object OD so the hot-melt adhesive fully wets and seals the interface.
Is HS4X-B suitable for outdoor or marine use?
Yes. The adhesive layer provides a moisture barrier after shrinking. For harsh salt-mist or marine environments, also consider our
