Insulated Flanged Fork Terminals — LSV Series
Insulated flanged fork terminal for quick stud connections with guided entry and extra side protection.
Color-coded sections: 0.5–1.5 mm² (red, 19 A) · 1.5–2.5 mm² (blue, 27 A) · 4–6 mm² (yellow, 48 A).
Tin-plated copper barrel; LSV insulated flanged fork terminals fit tight panels better than standard spades.
Overview of Insulated Flanged Fork Terminals
The LSV Series terminals combine the speed of open-fork connections with the security of
side flanges. These terminals guide the stud during installation, reduce slip-off,
and add insulation support for reliable service in control panels and terminal blocks. Compared with general
flange spade types, the LSV insulated flanged fork terminals use a slightly narrower fork for tight clearances.
- Stud-ready design (#6 / #8 / #10 / 1/4″), perfect for panel studs and relay bases.
- Vinyl sleeves with color coding; tin-plated copper barrel for low contact resistance.
- Covers 22–10 AWG; three current groups: 19 A · 27 A · 48 A.
Alternate naming used in the field: insulated flange spade terminals, flanged fork terminal, or simply LSV terminals.
Why Choose LSV Insulated Flanged Spade Terminals
- Guided entry: flanges steer the fork onto the stud, speeding repetitive builds.
- Better retention: the flanged fork geometry helps resist accidental slip-off during service.
- Compact profile: the LSV insulated flanged fork terminals fit tight panels where standard forks may interfere.
- Consistent dimensions: simplifies crimp-die selection and terminal-block layout.
