Overview
The HSC-F is a double-wall heat shrink end cap designed to seal and protect power-cable ends and wire
bundles in demanding environments. Its radiation cross-linked polyolefin outer layer delivers durability, while the inner
hot-melt adhesive flows during heating to fill gaps and bond to the cable jacket, forming a uniform, waterproof and airtight
termination.
The series is available in black and transparent versions to meet identification and inspection needs.
Typical processing uses a hot-air gun or oven; initial shrinking starts around 70 °C and full recovery is achieved close to 125 °C.
